Before launch we collect one thing only: the email of people who join the waitlist. Here's how we handle it.

What data
Your email, the site language, and the date and time you joined. Of your IP address we keep only an encrypted fingerprint (not reversible), used to block automated sign-ups.
Why
To tell you when Viviani launches, give you early access and send you brand news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where
The site is hosted by Vercel and the data is stored in a Neon database. It may be processed outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share it.
How long
For as long as you stay subscribed. If you withdraw consent we delete your email within 30 days, keeping only the record of consent and withdrawal as proof.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@viviani.example. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
